Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* The product must be unused.
* It must be in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to customer misuse.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Nouman Stationers.
